• Comprehensive management of Compensation and Benefits Programs for the assigned countries. Benefits handled: Health Plan, Pension Plan, Savings Plan, Loans, Grants, Life insurance, House assistance, Awards, Outplacements, within others.
Intermediation between employees and international providers.
• Internal and external customer service (staff of +2000 employees and +15 suppliers).
• Using SAP HR, IPES and EzPay systems for Benefits/Vendor payments, reporting, controls and ad-hoc queries.
• Internal communications – content design for intranet, mails, company events, changes in internal policies, etc.
