Janice Richardson

I am an Experienced Human Resources Director with a demonstrated history of working in FMCG, Oil and Gas, Chemicals and Explosive industries. I am skilled in all aspects of Human Resources specifically in Strategy, HR Transformation and Technology Enablement. My experience also covers Talent Management, Employee Relations, Succession Planning, Organizational Development, Recruiting, and Culture/Employee Engagement and Workforce Transitions. I have developed HR Academies in both FMCG and Oil and Gas Industries. I have lead HR Transformation which includes basic process redesign, to the development of new HR Operating Models. At my current employer I have lead the development of People Analytics and driven the move to a new HCM platform, I have supported the Corporate Functions as the HR Director, and am currently the Director of HR and Payroll Shared Services. I have worked both as a business facing HR Partner, and in the CoE in various strategic roles. I have HR delivery experience in Mozambique, Nigeria, North America and Europe. I am a strong human resources professional with a BSocSci, Post Graduate in IR and lately a Post Graduate Programme focused in Agile Project Management and a Programme in Payroll and Taxation from University of Cape Town.
