With a solid background in History and Politics (KNUST) and extensive freelance experience, I have successfully delivered multiple projects across industries—optimising business operations, reducing inefficiencies, and connecting skilled professionals with the right opportunities.
At Mentoring Lab UK, I oversee the Digital Mentoring for Youth Programme, managing technical and content administration and ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Leveraging my expertise in business development, strategic planning, and information system management, I work with diverse teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, driving innovation and sustainable growth.
As the Founder of FEDGE Consult, I am building a business consulting platform that bridges the gap between entrepreneurs with innovative ideas and skilled professionals. Our mission is to empower businesses, investors, and governments by delivering tailored solutions that enhance business efficiency, foster innovation, and promote globalisation. I am currently leading the launch of an international call centre to provide employment opportunities for 1,000–8,000 people, expanding our social and economic impact.
Beyond business, I am a Human Rights and Women’s Advocate, actively championing gender equity, economic inclusion, and systemic change. My leadership journey includes serving as Women’s Commissioner (HISOK), SRC Organising Secretary, and Career Mentor at Mentoring Lab UK, where I continue to advocate for meaningful, sustainable progress.
