At ReKlame Health, we are committed to providing accessible, high-quality care for individuals across New York, New Jersey, and Florida living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and Substance Use Disorders (SUDs). Our team specializes in evidence-based medication management for complex behavioral health needs. We work to ensure that every person has access to compassionate, culturally competent care.

Through virtual care, we make support more convenient, timely, and stigma-free for patients across diverse communities. We aim to deliver care that respects each individual’s story and supports their journey toward stability and recovery.
