I am an Executive Growth Associate (EGA) at CoExec, working with senior banking executives in environments where Artificial Intelligence has become a board-level priority.

I focus on how AI strategy is formed and evaluated across transformation, governance, and executive leadership in financial institutions.

My work involves structured executive research to understand how senior leaders position AI initiatives and how those decisions are shaped by internal priorities, regulatory pressure, and board-level scrutiny.

A key part of my role is identifying AI Strategy Moments which are critical points where executives are actively shaping, defending, or being assessed on their AI strategy.

This allows me to map leadership signals, transformation context, and organizational priorities to determine when strategic engagement is most relevant.

I also support executive outreach by ensuring communication is aligned with decision context, role pressure, and strategic urgency.
