Here are some highlights: ● Organized an internal online conference titled "ServerCon" with 2,854 server developers registered ● Built a Go server to help volunteers answer technical questions from their peers. Grew the community around the tool from zero to 200 monthly active volunteers. As of 2025-08 this tool and community produced 12,631 notes, and 8061 answers to technical questions. ● Founded an internal meetup for Server Developers that grew to 635 members over the next 4 years. ● Revamped the tutorial for an internal production management system that gets about 10K page views per year.
