I’m an HR professional in the making, currently pursuing my MBA in Human Resource Development.

My interest in HR comes from understanding the people behind the organization — how the right talent is identified, how teams are built, and how people can grow within an organization.

I’m currently gaining hands-on exposure through my HR internship, particularly in recruitment coordination and HR administration, while developing my understanding of the broader HR function through my MBA.

I enjoy opportunities that push me to communicate, collaborate, take initiative, and learn something new. I’m particularly interested in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and People Management.
