I work at the intersection of people, policy, and the internet—which, as you can imagine, keeps things interesting.
With 7+ years in Trust & Safety, I’ve reviewed (and survived) hundreds of thousands of content decisions, built moderation workflows, and helped teams make better, faster, and safer calls at scale. I’m especially passionate about creating systems that protect users while still keeping platforms usable—because safety and experience should go hand in hand.
I’ve led high-volume operations, improved QA accuracy through data and coaching, and partnered with Product, Engineering, and Policy teams to turn gray areas into clear, actionable guidelines. I also enjoy spotting patterns in chaos—whether that’s identifying emerging risks or figuring out why something keeps breaking at scale.
Fluent in English and Japanese, I bring a global lens to online safety and communication.
Outside of work, I’m a mom of two, which means I’m highly skilled at negotiation, de-escalation, and operating on very little sleep—skills that translate surprisingly well to Trust & Safety.
