As an Account Assistant, I was responsible for processing invoices, receiving and paying money, keeping transaction records, issuing receipts, and maintaining information files. I recorded and entered cash entry and exit records (debit or credit) and analyzed calculations on the company's finances. Additionally, I managed account files and documentation (P&C filing). My role also involved utilizing CRM skills to interact with customers daily, assisting them in identifying their service needs, providing suitable advice, and helping them make informed choices, which enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty.
