Bank management. • Role consists of contacting customers with early stage of delinquency in order to collect loan payments. Then, moved to mid stage. • Active listening for the customer to feel valued, while having a plan in action by being direct and precise with the service provided, such as digging into the customer's life and trying to bargain with them for the account to be current once again. • Inbound and outbound phone calls. • Leaving notes on each account, as well as file reviews of each customer's most recent account information and interactions, in order to maintain relevant information up-to-date.
