QuotaPath allows sales teams to design comp plans that maximize success by making those comp plans understandable and allowing leaders to automate the commissions process. As the only formula-free product available, we provide a depth of insight and a degree of flexibility unmatched in the market. As Co-founder and CTO, I was the primary engineer to build the MVP of the free product in summer of 2018. Over the following 4 years, we've built a full-featured sales compensation platform. During my time as the head of engineering, we scaled the engineering team to include 20 people across 4 sub-teams, and we raised a $21.3 M series A led by Insight Partners in 2021, followed by $41M series B led by Tribe Capital in 2022.

As a software architect and then senior software architect at Monetate, I lead the engineering efforts to build "Monetate Intelligent Personalization Engine", a machine learning-based overhaul of the platform's key optimization capabilities. We successfully delivered multiple products on time and in scope over the course of this multi-year effort. Monetate, acquired by Kibo Commerce in 2019, provided state of the art A/B testing and experience optimization for eCommerce providers. In my first role as a software engineer, I lead a project team to develop an application called Content Builder, which provided a browser-based WYSWIG image builder and a WebKit-based image rendering backend. Content Builder has been used by thousands of eCommerce providers to show personalized, dynamic images across billions of sessions.

Ebooq gave authors and publishers the ability to publish books as apps on iOS and Android app stores, with a web-based service where they could upload EPUB files and download apps. As co-founder, I wrote the web-based e=reader software which was used in the apps, and contributed to the server which produced the apps from the uploads.
