Developers building wind, solar, and storage projects now had to prove, to the IRS, that every worker on every project was paid prevailing wages and that apprenticeship ratios were met across every subcontractor in the chain. Get it wrong and the credit gets reduced or recaptured, and penalties mount. The problem: the tools to prove it didn't exist. Vindexa is the real-time compliance engine we built to fill that gap. We ingest certified payroll records, map them against DOL wage determinations, track apprenticeship ratios at the worker level, and surface anomalies within cure windows so developers can fix problems before they become IRS exposu
