Customer training on the company's online platform via video conference; analysis and resolution of errors found in the data sent by customers to the company's online system:; Billing customers via telephone for error adjustments; Call Center, Help Desk; Closing of values between what the distributors said they had sold and what we actually had in the system; Check for possible system failures; Implement new customers to the system; Install file transfer programs on client computers remotely. Create, edit and organize spreadsheets in Excel, basic use of php, css and html language for certain projects and to create internal solutions to improve our work (company 24 hour program).
