I co-founded and scaled Remote People (previously Horizons) into a leading global hiring platform, covering Employer of Record (EOR), global payroll and freelancer payments. Over eight years as COO and President, I built a 300-person team, was responsible for technology/product and launched a global operations infrastructure of 75+ legal entities – all 100% bootstrapped. I now serve as a Board Member.

Today, I invest in early-stage workforce, payments, and B2B marketplace companies, where I can add leverage through capital and hands-on experience.
