As COO at Moorepay (2021-2024), I led a critical turnaround of a PE-backed Payroll/HR SaaS provider, transforming a struggling service model into a scalable platform for growth. Leading 350+ staff across UK and India, we transformed service delivery for 3,000+ enterprise customers while maintaining business stability through major strategic programmes and continuous improvement. Our transformation journey saw dramatic improvements in customer NPS and retention, service levels and colleague engagement.At Arqiva (2013-2021), I scaled the UK's first smart metering operation from concept to a £65M+ revenue business unit. Starting with a small team, we grew to manage 2M+ connections while maintaining flat OPEX, processing millions of meter readings daily. We successfully expanded into broader IoT services, including water metering, while implementing major technical innovations like ServiceNow across multiple business units.My time at Vodafone Group (2006-2013) saw me build and scale global operations from the ground up, establishing major operational centres in Cairo and Budapest. Leading 250+ staff across 9 countries, we combined service delivery across 30 markets for Vodafone's top 500 global customers.
