VP, Growth Marketing

With more than 25 years of experience across the entire spectrum of marketing disciplines, I have the expertise to build compelling brands, expand our market presence, and make executive teams look good. My expertise spans every aspect of digital marketing, brand development, and demand generation, including web, partner, product, channel, and communications.
Marketing fulfills my natural desire to know “why” and “how” people make buying decisions. I consider this question from analytical, creative, and business perspectives so I can connect our products and messaging with real-world actions in the market. With this approach, I have delivered groundbreaking results at companies of all sizes, from newly funded start-ups to global enterprise giants. Although I’m known for thinking big-picture, I’m also not afraid to dive into the details, work alongside my team on high-profile projects, and execute our vision together.
Key Strengths:
✔ TRANSFORMING GROWTH ENGINES – Every successful marketing operation has one thing in common: the synchronized, coordinated support of the rest of the business. Rather than focusing solely on marketing strategy, I connect our efforts with the business’s overall evolution and foster cross-functional teamwork. These changes include new brand identity, technology stacks, customer journeys, sales verticals, agency and partner networks, and funding vehicles.
✔ BUILDING STRATEGIC PLANS – Although I am proud of the tactical work I’ve done to modernize marketing programs, I do my best work when thinking bigger-picture. In partnership with senior leadership teams, I drive better outcomes by creating comprehensive roadmaps, developing multiple scenarios, looking at data for decision-making, and staying flexible to changes and roadblocks as they emerge.
✔ EMPOWERING TEAMS – My greatest legacy is the high-performing, happy, and fulfilled teams I built at each organization. As a leader, I integrate my own values—trust, collaboration, respect, and a bias for action—into each team. I keep it simple: I hire people who are smarter than I am, remove obstacles in their path, and take our work—but not ourselves—seriously.
