Founder @ Moxie & Mettle, recruiters in marketing, PR, social media, communications, events, digital and creative | Founder @ Recruitment Bootcamp & Freelance B
Bristol, England, United Kingdom
With over three decades of experience in recruitment, covering both permanent and freelance placements across marketing, PR, digital, media, communications, events, social media, and senior positions within agencies and client-side, we now have several options to work together!
For the last 10 years, Becs and I have been running both Moxie and Mettle, as well as Rustic and Rural, two successful recruitment businesses that leverage our combined 25 and 33 years of experience in the industry. We have a wealth of knowledge and skills, along with a vast network of contacts, connections, clients, and candidates.
www.moxieandmettle.co.uk and www.rusticandrural.uk are our websites, so feel free to visit each site for more information about us and our services.
To share our recruitment knowledge and skills with a broader audience, Recruitment Bootcamp (www.recruitment-bootcamp.com) was launched earlier this year. It's an online training course, written and created by yours truly, and through which you can learn how to recruit effectively and efficiently, saving time and money along the way.
The course offers a solid and robust recruitment system to ensure you are always ahead of the game when you have a vacancy, and you get one-to-one support from me for the course, so you can really tap into my knowledge and experience.
Brand new in September 2025, with my business partner Joanna Randall, we have launched Freelance Bootcamp, a membership and online training and coaching programme for freelancers, consultants, VAs and interim contract people working in marketing, PR, creative, design, copy and content, communications and digital roles. Feel free to visit the website at www.freelance-bootcamp.com
And then there is my "side-hustle" as a UW Partner - my reason for getting involved in this amazing company is very simple: to top up my retirement fund. At the ripe old age of 61, that's become an even more important factor and whilst I love my "day job" as a recruiter, at some point, I'd like to spend a bit more time with my fabulous husband!
As a serial entrepreneur and business builder, I love offering others the opportunity to secure their financial future, just as I have done. Of course, recruiting for UW Partners also comes naturally to me as a recruiter!
Simply email liz@lizgadd.co.uk to book a chat about any of the above. Would love to talk and work out how we can help!
