Follow up with candidates to inform them of employment possibilities and selection. Experience in Recruiting Technical Consultants of all levels, from Programmers to Project Managers etc... Responsible for contract, FTC & fulltime placements of IT professionals in the Domestic & UK/EU. • Short listing the senior profiles & arranging for their interviews • Different candidate sourcing strategies • Salary negotiation with successful candidates • Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate
