Hisham Musa

I am the Founder of Thrive Works Pte Ltd, where my focus is on building and delivering IT consulting, AI solutions, and education programmes for businesses and organisations.

My team and I have been creating full stack AI-powered applications - practical tools that combine data, automation, and user-friendly design. These projects help organisations save time, cut down manual work, improve decision-making, and deliver better client experiences.

Beyond development, I have been consulting business owners on adopting AI and technology, helping them identify opportunities, streamline processes, and future-proof their operations.

I recently completed my first government project - an app that may be used by thousands of people in the years ahead.

I hold the SMU Advanced Certificate in Generative AI, Ethics and Data Protection, completed an AI course with Harvard Business School Online, and during my NUS Economics degree I specialised in the economics of Internet and Technology. These experiences continue to shape how I see the role of technology in business transformation.

While my journey in AI and technology continues, I remain a student of innovation - always learning, experimenting, and growing. I believe true expertise is built by staying curious, open, and willing to adapt.

At the same time, I continue to lead Body Thrive, the fitness and health arm of Thrive Works. With more than 25 years of coaching experience, I have helped executives, professionals, and busy adults achieve sustainable transformation without sacrificing their lifestyle.
