Prasad Patil

A strategy and technology professional with experience spanning strategy, product management, and software development across diverse sectors, from financial services and AI products to M&A and political strategy. Currently part of the CEO’s Office at SkillNet Solutions, driving high-impact initiatives at the intersection of business transformation and strategic growth. Previously, I’ve worked with Inclusive Minds on political strategy and governance, and at Strategy& (PwC’s Strategy Consulting arm), where I worked over 25 M&A and carve-out deals for leading U.S.-based private equity firms. My background also includes roles at Microsoft (Product Management, Azure), Grip (Growth Strategy), and FinIQ Consulting (Technical Leadership), allowing me to combine strategic thinking with executional rigor across product, technology, and operations. I hold a degree in Information Technology from PICT, Pune, and an MBA from IIM Kozhikode (top 15% of the cohort), complemented by an international exchange at the Louvain School of Management in Belgium, which enhanced my global outlook. Outside work, I’m deeply passionate about sports, having played basketball at the state level and cricket, skating at the district level. Clearly, these experiences have strengthened my teamwork, resilience, and competitive drive.
