Vanshika Gupta

I’m currently pursuing Psychology and am deeply interested in understanding people, communication, and workplace dynamics. I enjoy roles that involve interaction, organization, and problem-solving, which is what draws me towards HR and recruitment. Alongside academics, I’ve worked as a part-time teacher, an experience that has strengthened my communication, patience, and ability to connect with different individuals. I’m currently gaining hands-on experience in recruiting operations and talent acquisition, and I’m excited to continue learning and growing in the HR field. I’m someone who enjoys learning new things, adapting quickly, and taking initiative when needed. Looking forward to building meaningful experiences and connections along the way.
