I led the efforts to develop a successful development and marketing strategy for this dynamic radio and television ministry, helping it grow into a national and international organization. Through a successful donor acquisition program we increased our donor base from 5,000 to 50,000 and increased annual donations from $3.5 million in 2001 to $10.1 million just two years later. I supported the fundraising efforts at our three international offices including personal visits with our supporters in England.
