I’m a supply chain and operations executive focused on building high-performing organizations, developing strong teams, and turning complex operating challenges into scalable processes. My experience spans supply chain strategy, procurement, distribution, logistics, inventory, supplier management, systems transformation, and operational leadership across multi-site environments. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in organizations where growth, change, or operational complexity required leaders who could connect strategy with what was actually happening on the floor. I enjoy getting close to the operation, understanding the root causes behind performance issues, and working with the people closest to the work to build practical solutions. My approach combines operational discipline with strong relationships. I believe the best supply chain organizations are built through clear expectations, reliable processes, good data, capable systems, strong supplier partnerships, and leaders who are willing to understand the work firsthand. I’ve had the opportunity to lead teams through greenfield launches, organizational change, systems implementations, procurement transformations, distribution operations, and periods of significant growth. I’m particularly interested in the intersection of supply chain strategy and execution: how organizations can improve service, manage inventory and working capital, develop supplier partnerships, optimize transportation and procurement, and build operating models that can scale.
