I’m a clinical quality and operations leader who’s worn a lot of hats. Therapist. CCO. Professor. Health tech exec. Operator. And once upon a time, crisis clinician in a Chicago ER. What’s stayed constant? My belief that behavioral health care can, and must, be better, braver, and more human.

I’m the VP of Clinical at Birches Health, where I lead clinical strategy and program execution as we scale evidence based specialty care nationwide. My focus is clinical quality, outcomes, and building the conditions for clinicians to do their best work in treating gambling disorder and digital addictions.

My background spans community mental health, hospital systems, academia, and health tech startups. I’ve built and scaled care models and payer aligned programs by bringing a systems lens and a people first approach to complex, high stakes problems.

I’m a practicing LCSW, a board member at Karis Community, and a parent to two gainfully employed young men. Let’s build a better behavioral health system, together.
