I’m proud to lead Symphony Solutions, a Cloud and AI-driven IT company dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions in iGaming, Healthcare, and Airline industries. Since our founding in 2008, we’ve partnered with over 35 international clients across Western Europe and North America, helping them navigate the complexities of digital transformation with custom software development, cloud engineering, AI services, and data-driven solutions.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to guide Symphony Solutions through meaningful change. We’ve expanded from three locations to a global presence, hiring talent anywhere in the world, transformed from a traditional outsourcing model to a high-value Managed Services portfolio, and driven significant revenue growth. My focus is on building organizations where talent flourishes, micromanagement disappears, and agility becomes a mindset.
Beyond Symphony Solutions, I’m passionate about Agile leadership, crisis management, and empowering organizations to future-proof their strategies. I also founded Agile Space, a platform dedicated to sharing Agile expertise and fostering collaboration within the industry. We have built a flat organization where open communication is encouraged, decision-making cycles are shorter, and bureaucracy is eliminated.`
