• Assisting in screening and evaluating resumes, as well as sourcing candidates. • Expertise in sourcing through Job Boards (Career Builder, Monster, Indeed, Dice) and LinkedIn Recruiter • Maintain relationships with candidates and consultants throughout the term of assignments. • Working on Contract, Contract to Hire and Full Time Positions. • Working on various US Tax Terms like 1099, W2 and C2C. • Working on requirements with several Clients like Cognizant, Hexaware technologies Inc, Tech Mahindra, Infosys and Capgemini. • Proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook and LINUX. • Excellent negotiation skills with the candidates on different tax terms like W2, Corp-Corp & 1099. • Excellent experience in Sourcing, screening & short listing the resumes as per the requirements.
