Vice President, People
Atlanta, Georgia, United States
Twenty years ago, I started my HR career inside law firms, learning early that people decisions carry real consequences, legal, financial, and human. That foundation shaped everything that came after.
Since then, I've built, led, and transformed People functions at every stage of organizational growth: building them from scratch at a GovTech startup, scaling from 70 people, optimizing them through hypergrowth at a $260M digital asset exchange, and transforming them to meet entirely new strategic realities at a global HRTech company spanning 30+ countries. I also supported UserTesting during its 2021 public offering. Today, I serve as VP of People at Pebl, partnering directly with the C-Suite and Board on enterprise strategy, executive effectiveness, organizational design and excellence, and employee experience across APAC, LATAM, and EMEA.
The outcomes that matter most to me sit at the intersection of people strategy and business performance:
✅Contributing towards $29M in annualized OpEx savings through large-scale organizational redesign
✅250% global headcount expansion executed with full regulatory integrity across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC
✅53-point eNPS surge during hypergrowth, earning Best Places to Work recognition
✅50% reduction in cost-per-hire and time-to-hire under 30 days through talent acquisition transformation
My current work reflects something I believe deeply: the People function should operate the way it asks the rest of the business to operate. At Pebl, I'm establishing an internal AI development cycle inside my own team, deploying automated workflows and AI-driven support agents that free my team from processing requests and position them as strategic architects of the employee experience.
I've done my best work when embedded with executive teams who want a consultative thought partner and trusted strategic advisor. Someone who brings a point of view, backs it with data, and moves with the urgency the business requires.
When I'm not thinking about org design and workforce strategy, you'll find me irrationally devoted to the Knicks (in 5!)🏀, Falcons 🏈, and Braves ⚾, in that order, always.
