Helena Horsburgh

I'm a strategic operator with 10+ years building the infrastructure that lets fast-moving technology companies scale: aligning an array of different functions around shared goals and then bringing them to life through high-quality execution. I've worked in hypergrowth, contraction, and transformation phases at Dropbox, Stripe, Twilio and Personio, which means I've seen a lot of what works well and what can go wrong. I'm also a qualified executive coach, which shapes how I work: I love working with a coaching mindset to help build self-sufficiency and confidence in teams around me. Outside of work, I co-founded The Society of the Silver Sword — a membership community for English sparkling wine enthusiasts. Building something from scratch has been a hugely joyful pursuit outside of work.
