● 5+ years experience as a QA Engineer of automation and manual testing in the E commerce and Banking domains. ● Strong understanding of Agile development methodology with Scrum framework. ● Implementing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle including Agile methodologies. ● Testing experience in Functional Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, System Testing, API and Database Testing. ● Excellent knowledge of Quality Assurance standards and expertise in analyzing test results and creating defects in JIRA. ● Exceptional knowledge of core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. ● Proficiency in automating test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Maven/Java, Data-Driven and Behavior-Driven, JUnit/TestNG and Hybrid Test Automation Framework built on Page Object Model (POM), Cucumber (Gherkin Language). ● Work together with DevOps of scripts to support Jenkins (Continuous Integration) of the scripts. ● Knowledge of use of Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) to connect to database source and used SQL queries for verification of data and validation from Oracle. ● Strong knowledge of API Testing using Postman for manual testing and Rest Assured Library alongside JUnit for automation testing. ● Capability to use test management tools such as Jira for storing requirements and tracking bug tickets. ● Ability to utilize Git for version control and GitHub for code repository to manage code reviews.
