Previously led Logistics and Operations at Published By, managing end-to-end supply chain, customs, inventory, and cost optimization, while building and maintaining strong partnerships with suppliers, forwarders, and clients. Building on this rapid startup scale-up experience, I now support several fashion brands, helping structure and optimize operations, improve supply chain efficiency, and implement scalable processes. Most recently, I contributed to the launch of MIMIR, ensuring smooth operational integration and supporting ERP development from a business and user perspective - a project I am particularly proud of where I owned the processes and let my operational excellence face the client side once more.
My experience also includes roles in commodity trading; at Tiffany & Co. and Tomorrow London Ltd., where I gained exposure to both established luxury corporate environment and emerging designer ecosystems from an agency perspective.
