Over the past decade, I’ve had the opportunity to live through nearly every layer of telecom evolution—hands-on engineering in core networks, launching VoLTE and VoWiFi, executive strategy as Chief of Staff, and most recently, leading agile transformations that empower teams to truly thrive.
What drives me is building both resilient networks and resilient people.

From deploying AT&T Mexico’s first IMS VoLTE core to guiding cross-functional teams through change, I’ve learned that the key to scalable success isn’t just infrastructure—it’s culture. That’s why I’ve spent the last few years helping organizations become more adaptive, embracing DevOps and Agile frameworks to unlock team potential and deliver real business value.
