As a CEO in the staffing and recruiting space, I’ve built my career around one core principle: great businesses are built by great people—and finding the right talent is what makes everything else possible.

I’ve led organizations by focusing on growth, strong client relationships, and building teams that know how to execute. My background spans sales leadership, technical recruiting, and CRM strategy, but what drives results is a consistent focus on performance, accountability, and delivering real value to clients.

I take a hands-on approach to leadership and believe in creating a culture where people are empowered to succeed and pushed to grow.

I hold a BA in Sociology and Marketing, with a minor in French from Duke University.
