The design requirements, modernization items and every type and level repairment works of the mechanical and electronics sys., diesel engines and gas turbines are managed by my department. All of these process are executed according to the Solidworks, Autocad and 3D modelling drawings, technical specifications, technical and operational documentation belong to the systems.

FRIGATE AND CORVETTE SHIPBUILDING PROGRAM MANAGER

I got into the high-end frigate, corvette, OPV class warships' shipbuilding projects belong to Turkish Navy. I was the authorized person in the concerned navy department as program manager and managed 6 shipbuilding projects with a budget of approx. 2 billion dollars. Main propulsion systems, control management systems, aux. generator sets and all the other naval systems were contractually managed according to specific milestones and deadlines of the projects by my leadership.

SHIPBUILDING MECH.SYS. OUTFITTING ENGINEER

Assembly stages of the systems like the MTU 595 and MTU 4000 series main diesel engines, MTU 12V2000 auxiliary generator sets, LM 2500 Gas Turbines, ANDRITZ HYDRO propoller-shaft and CPP hydraulic sys. BLOHM-VOSS fin stabilizer sys., BRONSWERK HVAC waste water sewage sys., WESTFALIA seperator, ROTORK valves fittings, electonical control systems....etc. belong to 250 million dollars shipbuilding project were executed from initial block section construction to factory/harbour/sea acceptance tests by my management. Especially, performing of shaft aligment calculations and propulsion system's assembly procedure were applied successfully during this time by means of tracking 3D modelling drawings.

PREPARATION OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS ENGINEER

I executed the preparation of the technical specifications about the maintenance, repairment engineering activities and systems' procurements according to the international and regional regulations (like German Loyd) besides that quality standarts (like ISO). Additionally, I followed up the workforce and workload balance calculation affairs (MS Project) and Dry-Dock steps of the ships during this time. My responsibilities also included planning of the logistic affairs and supervising work of technical staff, maintenance schedules and ensuring timely and cost effective repairs as well. During this time, I had received different rewards because of my successfully activities.

ENGINE FACTORY MECHANICAL ENGINEER AND MANAGER

Approx. 30 different brand types of diesel engines' repairment and maintenance process (all stages from ship level to factory level) , running in tests in factory, all assembly steps in the ships were executed successfully during my management. During this time, we performed the planned and unscheduled maintanence, overhall repairment procedures of MTU (MTU956, MTU595, MTU396, MTU538, MTU396), CAT, MAN, VOLVO PENTA, GM, MITSUBISHI engines. As factory team, we saved 100 million dollars by the application of the diesel engines' overhaul process in the factory between 2006-2010 years.

ASSISTANT ENGINEER IN FAST PATROL BOAT

I had worked in two different fast patrol ships at the beginning of my profession. All of the engine (MTU538 and MWM), electrical, mechanical and propulsion systems' repairment and maintenance stages were performed with my team.
