- Resolution of conflicts before, during or after the stay of the guests by telephone. Quality follow up of service calls to guests.
- Service evaluation through average time in calls, percentage of reservations, call transfers and success stories. Provide information on hotels, food and beverages, tours, transportation and all services included in reservations
- Persuasion with partners to provoke a greater number of reservations through telemarketing strategies. Teamwork to provide a solution and the best service to the member
