10+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. With a background in Finance I made a career change about 10 years ago. I have been exposed to all Human Resources areas, from talent acquisition to training, performance evaluation, career development, diversity and inclusion, compensation, processes and procedures, company culture, internal communication, labor law, payroll, etc.
In Talent Acquisition I have managed and coached teams of talent acquisition partners and talent scouts of 4 to 10. I have experience in introducing improvements to the recruiting practice that resulted in consistently achieving recruiting goals. I have recruited technical and non-technical roles, from operational positions to C-Level executives, globally (The Americas, EMEA and India). On the technical side I am knowledgeable both in the broad aspects of software development like the different tech stacks (OS, Databases, programming languages, frameworks, libraries, etc.), software development methodologies, QA, etc. as well as other aspects such as Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, IOT, Big Data, AI, Blockchain, etc.
