Portico Ce was a Multichannel Network where, as the leader of the editing team, we edited 90 short videos per week in a team of 3 people. My responsibilities included standardizing editing to achieve the desired KPIs, creating the aesthetic for the channels, building the library of video effects and music, thumbnails, color correction, ensuring that all videos followed the same style and were error-free, and finally, optimizing the shorts. In this role, I received training from China to learn how to achieve greater optimization and virality of videos, in addition to techniques to enhance the influence of shorts on consumers. Founder of the video production company, we started in 2016 creating audiovisual content for social media, always striving to be at the forefront of content. With the company, we produced music videos, real estate videos, digital marketing content, videos for social media, and institutional videos.
