- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Oversee and execute the recruiting process according to policies and procedures.
- Coordination of the entire hiring process: Job Posting, Brief Calls, Sourcing, Phone Screening, Assessments, Background Checks, Offers.
- Working closely with HRBP´s, Line Managers, Stakeholders, and Vendors to understand and recruit the best talent according to the profile requisition and ensure high quality of service.
- Experience in multicultural strategies that impact the business, with full knowledge in sourcing platforms, strategic recruitment techniques, interviews, and recruitment channels.
- Handling the open positions of the region to fulfill the established times and metrics (SLA).
