I’m an operations executive, founder, and combat veteran who specializes in building calm, scalable systems in high-growth, high-stakes environments. Currently, I serve as Vice President of Operations at Victory CTO, where I lead and grow the Operations and Project Management Office (PMO), helping engineering and delivery teams move faster, smarter, and with greater alignment. Previously, I built Victory’s PMO from the ground up as Managing Director of Project Management, following hands-on experience as a Technical Project Manager. I’m also the Founder of Formidable Ops, a female veteran-owned digital transformation partner supporting private, public, and government organizations. Our work spans engineering, data science, cloud and data migrations, cybersecurity, full-stack marketing, and complex technical program delivery — globally deployed from Austin, Texas. My background blends strategic operations, people leadership, and execution across technology, media, finance, and government sectors. Before tech, I led operations, people, and marketing teams, managed P&Ls, built go-to-market strategies, and scaled organizations through growth and change. I began my career in the U.S. Army, serving 10 years as both a Combat Medic and a Military Intelligence Officer, with multiple overseas deployments.
