Chip King

Chip King spent his early career in automotive retailing, from 1977 to 2006. Holding every position in variable operations, including General Manager and Dealer Principal, Chip has had a special focus on the “customer experience” throughout. CallRevu was born in 2006 to manage the biggest profit leak in automotive retail: the phone. After selling the majority of CallRevu in 2018, Chip remains Founder and Board Member, and has moved quickly from the sidelines to consultation. Joining with his former C.O.O., Tony Gomez, in growing new projects like Steve Lindsay's ZipDeal, and NewWay Automotive. Chip is an Ambassador for services that are aligned with his passion to impact the customer's journey in automotive and is a supporter of services like Dave O'Brien's Quantum 5, Scott Davis's Volie, and Automotive Innovations (Tony Gomez is COO with founder Hoss Devine) Chip remains focused on and in search of services that impact the automotive customer's journey, the automotive employee's experience, and the automotive dealer's profitability. chip@callrevu.com 443 807 8500
