Engineering has defined every chapter of my career, but the real work has never been just about systems. It has been about bringing order to complexity, building and scaling organizations, modernizing fragmented platforms, and creating the structure that allows large businesses to scale with more confidence, control, and speed. That work has taken shape across Meta, Amazon, VMware, Oracle, and now Upstart, in environments shaped by financial complexity, operational consequence, and enterprise scale. Along the way, I have led engineering across payments, accounting, treasury, compliance, billing, and financial operations, supporting ecosystems tied to $200B+ in annual financial activity and payment platforms spanning 150+ countries. The outcomes have included automating $9.2B in payments, consolidating 15 legacy systems into a unified close platform, generating $100M+ in cash efficiencies, and recovering $300M+ in revenue through platform redesign and modernization. What has remained consistent across each role is the mandate to simplify what has become too fragmented, scale what has outgrown its original design, and build teams capable of carrying that transformation forward. I have scaled organizations from 1 to 34 at Meta and from 6 to 26 at Amazon, strengthened leadership benches across global teams, and helped create the hiring, onboarding, and development structures that support durable growth. Across Amazon and Meta, I promoted 45+ engineers, TPMs, and engineering managers. Over the course of my career, I have conducted 1K+ interviews while helping raise the bar on technical talent and leadership capability. My edge lies in the combination of distributed systems depth, financial platform fluency, and organizational judgment. I enjoy working at the point where business ambition meets engineering reality with a focus on translating complex priorities into clear strategy, strong teams, and platforms that improve resilience, controls, and operating leverage.
