Hellooooo!! I have had the privilege of working with KPMG India as an Internal Auditor, following prior experience in financial accounting and core finance functions. These roles have provided me with a strong foundation in financial discipline and corporate operations. You may wonder why I chose to pivot from finance to entrepreneurship. From a young age, my father emphasized the importance of financial literacy in both personal and professional life. While that guidance influenced the early stages of my career, I have always been driven by a deep interest in people, relationship-building, and meaningful interaction. This passion led me to establish Diligent Growth, with the vision of fostering a network based not only on business transactions but on trust, collaboration, and mutual growth. About Diligent Growth: We are a specialized recruitment firm assisting organizations worldwide in hiring mid to senior-level talent across Technology, Finance, and Marketing domains. In addition to our core recruitment services, we are expanding into outsourced payroll management and contractual staffing solutions. Furthermore, in response to the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence, we are in the process of developing an innovative solution that aims to introduce new efficiencies and insights into the recruitment industry.
