I was in charge of the various design projects including the new membership flow, customer communication via email (CX), measurement of the different current flows with anal itycs and the redesign of the mobile application. All this was done with the corresponding process from user research, renewal of the design system to testing of the final product (research, ux, wireframing, prototyping, presentation with cli ent and presentation with general management). The most important project was the flow of affiliat ions, I managed to double them in just the first month.

As part of the internal Internal Systems team, my main tasks were research for the improvement and im plementation of new segments. We measure the effectiveness of the systems with the operations. We generated all the ideas from research, ux, wireframing, prototyping, presentation with cl ient and presentation with general direction of the fin al product.

As part of the product I guided the team and was an intermediary between the needs of the cl ient, the end cl ient and the consulting firm. Part of my tasks was to supervise the team's contribution, receive points of view from the cl ient and from research, ux, wirefram ing, prototyping, presentation with cl ient and presentation with general direction, l aunch testing of each of the functionali ties. The resulting product is known as Now from Invex bank

Design (UI/UX) and As UX I was in charge of updating the web pages and their first creation . I measured the experience in a very si mple way with user interviews and effectiveness with the sales department. At Primus, the main tasks as a brand manager were to generate the entire brand image and content from research, ux, wireframing, prototyping, for the Cerveza Tempus and Cerveza Jabal í brands. During my management we improved consistency and the sales department improved customers' understanding of the use of the products.
