Responsible for sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, and other job portals using Boolean search and networking. Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and communication before submitting to clients.
Hiring across roles such as Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, and QA/Test Engineers for contract, C2C, W2, and full-time positions.
Experience working with different visa types including H1B, OPT, STEM OPT, GC, and US Citizens
