Brian was recently a Partner at WestCap, a technology growth equity investing firm that partners with visionary leaders to build generational businesses. Brian served on the investment committee and as operating partner, partnered with founders across the portfolio and served on their boards to guide companies through the most pivotal stages of growth.
Previously, Brian was one of the founders of the U.S. Practice at Egon Zehnder and led the growth of the firm over two decades, serving in a variety of leadership roles, including building and leading the U.S. Practice as Managing Partner. As a leader in the CEO and Board Practices at Egon Zehnder, Brian has vast experience partnering with Founders, CEOs, Boards and Investors across the consumer, retail and technology sectors. Brian has deep relationships with the CEOs and Directors of the world's leading brands.
