I currently serve as Vice President of People & Culture at Rowan Digital Infrastructure, where I partner closely with executive leadership to align talent, culture, and organizational design with the company’s rapid growth and long-term business strategy. My work spans human capital strategy, leadership development, workforce planning, people analytics, employee experience, and operational rigor. I help organizations scale thoughtfully while maintaining clarity, trust, and performance.
