Chief Operating Officer
Eatontown, New Jersey, United States
I've spent 30 years building, fixing, and scaling businesses from the inside, both as a consultant working on client challenges, and as the executive in the room making the hard calls.
That breadth is rare. I've held the COO, CIO, and CFO seats, sometimes all at once, which means I understand how operations, technology, and finance intersect in ways that most executives only see from one angle. I've also led large customer-facing consulting organizations, so I know what it takes to deliver, not just decide. And I've owned full P&Ls with a focus on growing recurring revenue, which means every decision I make is grounded in what it costs, what it returns, and what it takes to sustain.
My superpower is simplifying complexity. Whether it's executing a turnaround, building the operational systems a scaling company needs, or helping a business become future-proof, I bring both the strategic clarity and the hands-on experience to make it happen.
What I'm genuinely passionate about is operational transformation and process innovation. I believe the way a business runs is its most underrated competitive advantage, and I've spent my career proving it.
Today, as COO & CIO at Net at Work, a PE-backed firm, my world is the engine room of the business: data management and reporting, systems architecture, process improvement, legal contracts and negotiations, and leading our AI and automation initiatives. I also had the unique experience of managing the due diligence process for a company exit, giving me a deep fluency in governance, investor expectations, and the discipline that high-growth and high-stakes environments demand.
What I bring to the table:
🔹 Multi-discipline executive leadership: COO, CIO & CFO experience across multiple organizations
🔹 Turnaround & scaling: P&L ownership with a focus on growing recurring revenue
🔹 AI & automation: turning emerging technology into real operational advantage
🔹 ERP & business systems: designing and implementing the backbone companies run on
🔹 Data, reporting & process improvement: building the visibility leaders need to make great decisions
🔹 PE & board fluency: governance, exit due diligence, and investor-grade operational discipline
Recognized as a Top Woman in Tech and named a Top 50 COO of 2026.
I'm always open to connecting with fellow executives, industry leaders, and forward-thinking organizations who believe that great operations and smart technology are a competitive advantage, not just a cost center.
