Head of Solutions Engineering (namer)
Washington, United States
I build winning teams. I'm a pre-sales Solutions Engineering leader with 15+ years guiding Fortune 500 enterprises through complex technology decisions across the Atlassian ecosystem and beyond.
I'm known for translating technical complexity into clear business outcomes, building trust at the executive and engineering level, and developing the people around me into stronger contributors. My background spans pre-sales leadership, professional services delivery, and enterprise consulting — I understand how customers buy, decide, and succeed.
Building AI-enabled workflows, engaging customers on Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo adoption, and tracking where enterprise AI is headed. I believe the leaders who will matter most in the next decade are the ones who help organizations deploy powerful AI safely and effectively.
Outside work I've spent 25 years coaching nationally competitive high school rowing — 18 national championship appearances, 9 regional titles, 100+ college scholarships. Coaching taught me that the best leaders build the environment and then get out of the way so the team gets the credit.
