As the frst QA at Bravo Care, similar to my role at Mynt, I have incorporated the best practices from both Mynt and Deel into the company. One of the most signifcant challenges I faced at Bravo Care was the leadership reliance on an open-source tool called ProjTask rather than a more robust tool like Jira. Recognizing ProjTask's limitations, especially for quality purposes, I advocated for change and convinced the team of the need for a better solution. At Deel, an HR-Tech company, I worked on a product called Employee of Record (EOR), which accounted for 40% of the company's revenue. I collaborated with teams worldwide, which provided me with immense cultural and professional exchange. I witnessed the company's valuation grow nearly tenfold and had the chance to work in a squad with eight engineers, serving as the sole QA. I was responsible for ensuring the quality of their work and collaborated closely with the Product Owner, UX Designer, and Engineers to refne requirements and search for improvements in the initial stage of the feature.

I joined Mynt - a cryptocurrency exchange - as their frst QA Engineer. There, I built the entire test automation framework from scratch using Cypress for end-to-end (E2E) testing and K6 for performance testing. I also implemented QA processes and practices, including standardizing a defnition of done for features, establishing criteria for production deployment, testing across various environments, and requiring approval from at least one QA.

On this project, I worked with Angular 7 to contribute to the development of a Design System for Itaú Unibanco, one of Brazil's largest banks. During my time there, I created components such as accordions, popups, links, buttons, and more, following best development practices and implementing component tests using Protractor. Tech Stack: Angular, BEM, Sass, ARIA, NVDA, and Protractor.
