I’m a builder. In 2016, at 41, with four children and my youngest just seven, I co-founded Enfuce to reshape the European payments industry. Not to participate in it. To challenge it. Big goals don’t scare me. Playing small does. I lead with integrity and customer obsession. I believe in doing what’s right, especially when it’s uncomfortable. I have zero tolerance for corporate theatre, political games, or strategy decks that avoid accountability. Clarity matters. Ownership matters. Outcomes matter. Scale doesn’t come from ego. It comes from starting with the customer, building disciplined processes, empowering strong people, and executing relentlessly. Culture is defined by what you refuse to compromise on. Today, I’m focused on building what’s next — whether that’s new ventures, supporting founders, or working with leadership teams ready to scale with intent. I care deeply about backing female founders, challenging the status quo, and proving that ambition and authenticity are not opposites.
