I’m VP of Engineering at Sonatype, leading engineering strategy and execution for an organization of 150+ engineers building products that support software delivery and supply chain security at scale. My track record centers on transformation and growth: modernizing two mature self-hosted product lines into cloud platforms, developing and launching new product offerings, and building operating mechanisms that increase delivery velocity while improving quality, reliability, and customer experience. I also established a Global Capability Center in India to expand talent capacity and create a durable delivery model across geographies. Today, I’m focused on AI-first, agentic software development, evolving how teams plan, build, test, and operate software to materially increase leverage, speed, and consistency without compromising security or operational excellence. I’m known for connecting strategy to outcomes, developing leaders, and building strong cross-functional partnerships across product, design, security, and go-to-market. I enjoy complex platform transitions, scaling organizations through change, and delivering measurable results that show up in customer adoption and business impact.
